The conversation below is reconstructed from the questions revenue leaders actually ask us. Your call is about your role: your market, comp benchmarks for your territory, and how fast the seat can be filled.

One thing. We recruit salespeople. Producers, reps, and sales leaders for manufacturing, commercial insurance, and B2B tech. Onshore in the U.S., offshore worldwide.

We’ve been burned by sales recruiters before.

Most of our clients said that on this exact call. Nine of ten come back for a second search. The difference is the process, so let’s talk about the process.

Everyone says they have a process.

Ours looks like an outbound motion, because it's one. We map every viable seller in your market, then run phone, LinkedIn, email, and text at the passive talent that isn’t reading job ads.

How do I know they can actually sell?
9:14
Sellers Hub
Every candidate is scored on six counts before you ever meet them, against your role criteria. You see a shortlist, not a stack of resumes.

You
How fast does this move?
14:22
Sellers Hub
Most placements are signed within 4 to 6 weeks of kickoff. Eight of ten roles fill inside 60 days.

And if the hire doesn’t work out?

Fewer than 5% ever need replacing. If one does, the guarantee kicks in: a full replacement at no fee in the first four months, a 25% discount on the replacement search for the rest of year one, and a 10% discount in year two. Offshore direct hires carry a six-month full replacement, and subscription seats are replaced at no charge while the subscription runs.

You
What does it cost?
22:02
Sellers Hub
For retained search, 25% of first-year base, billed in thirds. Offshore tech sales is 35% of annual salary as a direct hire, or a subscription starting at $900 a month; the subscription ends if the person leaves, and we find you a replacement. Multi-hire volume gets a discount. Exact terms go in your engagement agreement.

Who would we actually be working with?
24:26
Sellers Hub
Fourteen people, one trade. A U.S.-led team with global sourcing capacity.

Can I talk to someone you’ve done this for?

You can. Here’s Denise Butler, COO at Verb Technology:
Look for the invite from Virginia in your inbox. The call runs about 30 minutes and needs no prep. If you want to hit the ground running, come with three things in mind:
