What does Sellers Hub do?
Sellers Hub is a sales-only recruitment firm. We place high-performing sales talent, onshore in the U.S. and offshore globally, for B2B companies that need pipeline, closed deals, and revenue. We recruit individual producers, account executives, SDRs and BDRs, sales leaders and VPs, plus customer success and RevOps roles.
What roles and industries do you recruit for?
We recruit across the full go-to-market org: SDRs and BDRs, account executives, customer success, RevOps, sales managers, directors, and VPs of Sales. We go deepest in three areas, manufacturing, commercial insurance, and offshore tech sales, but we place sales talent for B2B companies well beyond those.

How are candidates vetted?
Every candidate is evaluated against our SELLER framework: Sales performance, Expertise, Learning agility, Likability, Execution, and Role fit. A two-step interview, phone screen then video, scored against the specific criteria for your role. You see a shortlist of vetted, sales-ready professionals, not a stack of resumes.
How does Sellers Hub recruit high-performing sales professionals?
We proactively headhunt passive candidates, evaluate sales performance and industry experience against the SELLER framework, and align each search with your revenue goals, territory needs, and growth plans.
How long does it take to fill a sales role?
Most U.S. placements are signed within 4 to 6 weeks of starting a search, and 8 of 10 roles are filled within 60 days. Offshore seats usually fill in under 4 weeks. Executive and complex searches typically run 6 to 8 weeks to a shortlist.
How quickly will you respond if I reach out?
We respond within 24 business hours. Most searches kick off with a 45 to 60 minute briefing call to align on the role, compensation, and the exact candidate profile.

How does Sellers Hub charge?
U.S. sales headhunting runs as a committed search: 25% of the hire's first-year base, billed in thirds across the engagement. Offshore hires are either a one-time direct-hire fee of 35% of base salary, or a monthly subscription starting at $900 per month. Multi-hire volume discounts apply, and we stay flexible: terms can be tailored to your hiring needs and stage.
What if a placement doesn't work out?
Fewer than 5% of our placements ever need replacing. If one does: full replacement at no fee in the first four months, a 25% discount on the replacement search for the rest of year one, and a 10% discount in year two. Offshore direct hires carry a six-month full replacement; subscription seats are replaced at no charge while the subscription runs. Exact terms are in your agreement.
Do you offer volume discounts for multiple hires?
Yes. Volume discounts for multi-hire engagements are available, for example when you're opening a territory, integrating an acquisition, or building a team of offshore seats at once. The exact structure depends on the number of roles and the timeline; it's scoped on the discovery call.
Why a committed search instead of contingency?
A committed search team is dedicated to filling the role from day one: accountability, weekly calibration, and a structured search. Contingency firms move fast, not accurately, and an open producer seat is a direct revenue loss either way.
